SWAT User Guide
SWAT is the waste-hauling and levy recording system of the Surabaya City Environmental Agency (DLH). This guide explains day-to-day use of the app — from signing in, to monitoring fleet performance, managing master data, and recording hauling activity.
Language
This guide is available in Bahasa Indonesia (primary) and English. Use the language picker at the top right to switch.

- First time here? Open Getting Started → Signing In, then Getting to Know the Dashboard.
- Want to understand access control? See Roles & Permissions.
- Looking for a specific feature? Use the search box at the top right, or browse
the sidebar sections:
- Monitoring — waste tonnage, fuel consumption, hauling, levy, efficiency.
- Master Data — vehicles, drivers, sites & routes, waste sources, schedule templates.
- Hauling — scheduling, activity recording, disposal permits, GPS devices.
- Users & Access — users, roles, service accounts.
Good to know
The menus you see adapt to your account's permissions. If a menu is missing, your role has not been granted access to that feature — contact your administrator.
