A menu I need isn't in the sidebar​

Menus follow your account's permissions. If a module isn't shown, your role hasn't been granted access to it. Contact your administrator — see Roles & Permissions.

I forgot my password​

Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page, or ask your administrator to reset your password.

I'm asked to change my password when signing in​

That's normal for new accounts: a password change is required on first sign-in for security. Once changed, you go straight to the dashboard.

How do I change the language or theme?​

Open the avatar menu (top right) → Settings. There you can choose the appearance (System / Light / Dark) and language (Bahasa Indonesia / English).

The data I see looks out of date​

Reload the page. If it still looks off, note the steps you took and report them to your administrator / technical team.

Terms used in the app​

  • Waste Hauling — one hauling activity by a fleet vehicle (technical term: Haul).
  • Trip — one route/round within a hauling (technical term: Trip).
  • Levy — a charge for the service (Indonesian: Retribusi).
  • Disposal Permit — a dumping permit/quota at the disposal site (Indonesian: Jatah Kitir).
