Change Password
The Change Password page lets you update your account password. There are two scenarios: voluntary change anytime, and mandatory change on first sign-in.
Voluntary Password Change
To change your password anytime:
- Open the avatar menu in the top-right corner → Profile.
- In the Security card, click the Change Password button.
- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter your New Password that meets the requirements (see below).
- Enter Confirm New Password (must match your new password).
- Click Save Password.
If successful, you'll return to the dashboard and see a confirmation message.
Password Requirements
Your new password must:
- Be at least 12 characters long
- Contain uppercase letters (A–Z)
- Contain lowercase letters (a–z)
- Contain numbers (0–9)
- Contain special symbols (!@#$%^&* etc.)
The page displays a strength meter that shows how strong your password is:
- 🔴 Very weak
- 🟠 Weak
- 🟡 Medium
- 🟢 Strong
- 🟢 Very strong
The Save Password button only becomes active when your password meets all requirements.
Mandatory Password Change (First Sign-In)
Some accounts are required to change their password on first sign-in for security:
- After entering your username and password on the sign-in page, you'll be automatically sent to the Change Password page.
- A yellow alert reminds you: "For security, you must change your password before continuing."
- For mandatory changes, you don't need to enter your current password — just enter your new password and confirmation.
- Click Change & Continue.
- You'll then land on the dashboard.
If your account requires a mandatory password change, you can't enter the application until you complete it. The Sign Out button on this page lets you return to the sign-in page if needed.
Forgot Your Password?
If you forgot your current password:
- Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page.
- Ask your administrator to reset your password.
After your administrator resets it, you'll sign in with a temporary password, and the system will ask you to change it on first sign-in (just like the Mandatory Change scenario above).
